The Kentucky facility opened for production in 1965, and is capable of producing over 600,000 square feet of architectural precast annually. In 1996 Gate acquired the facility, which is located 20 miles east of Lexington and has handled design, production, and distribution for all phases of the McCormick Convention Center (Chicago, Illinois), Paul Brown Stadium (Cincinnati, Ohio) and Glaxo Research Facility (Stevenage, England).
